
OK, here's a last-minute prediction. Again, this is my own idea, not something I read or heard elsewhere.
There were 12 Colonies of Kobol. There are 12 Cylon models. These are basic tenets of the Battlestar Galactica universe.
Or are they? The Colonials and the Cylons have been seeking the mythical "13th tribe" on the planet Earth. And who left that note for Adama at the conclusion of the Miniseries ... that there are only 12 Cylon models? Should we just take that "person" at his or her word?
Could there not be a 13th Cylon model? To go along with the 13th tribe?
And could Starbuck be that model?
