Yes, yes, I know what you're gonna say: "Lost has been on TV since 2004, Lord Edzo. Where the heck have you been?" Well, I'm sorry! I've been occupied with other TV shows, like Battlestar Galactica.
But now, I've been watching Lost in syndication on the Sci Fi Channel four nights a week, and on ABC Saturday nights for a double-header. I don't know what finally made me start watching it regularly, but my timing was fortuitous. The amazing work being done by J.J. Abrams and Damon Lindelof, in particular, has completely bolstered my confidence in the Star Trek movie they've put together for an 8 May 2009 premiere.
Although I've only seen most of Lost's first season and just started on the second, I'm completely hooked and can't wait to see what else is coming.
Yeah, I'm usually far behind on the trends, but I eventually catch up. And I consider myself fortunate when it comes to watching Lost now, because I don't have to endure the agonizing hiatuses between seasons. I went through enough of that with Battlestar Galactica. I deserve a break today, and if you don't gimme one, then I'm gonna sic the Others on you, and then you'll only have three choices: Run ... hide ... or die!
